The Captain reserves the right to cancel at any time due to unsafe weather such as thunderstorms, lightning or high winds. (your saftey is important to me) In case of cancellation due to weather or for any reason deemed neccesary by the captain, deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel the charter your deposit will not be refunded unless cancellation is made (7) days prior to the day of the charter. No exceptions.
A $100.00 deposit is required for each day booked in advance. Booking in advance is reccomended to assure availability. Remainder of fee to be paid in full the day of charter. CASH or MONEY ORDERS ONLY PLEASE. Credit cards accepted Via Paypal.
Deposits need to be recieved within (7) business days of your contact and booking.
Keeping of Fish.
You may keep a few fish if you wish but I am a strong proponent of: "CPR"
Catch Photo & Release.
Any fish kept must be within State and Federal limits. Please bring your own cooler to transfer your fish to when we return to the dock.
