Come fish beautiful Murrells Inlet with Capt. Kerry Gehman as your guide.
About me:
I have over 28 years of fishing experience from Pennsylvania trout waters to the saltwater shores of New Jersey, to time spent in the Florida Keys in pursuit of Tarpon and Snook. I have been fishing the Murrells Inlet area full time for the past 3 years.I am a fully insured and licensed United States Coast Guard Captain. Your saftey is always my first concern.
Your trip:
On your trip we will be able to fish for a variety of fish depending on the season. The areas I most like to fish are the rock jetties as the fishing there changes day to day as fish move in and out with the tides. Most common species caught in and around the jetties are Redfish , Flounder, Trout and Sheepshead. The occasional Shark, Kingfish and Tarpon also make an appearance at times. Weather permiting there are manmade reefs 3 miles offshore which also hold several species of fish, Spadefish, Kingfish, flounder and Shark to name a few. There are also some favorite spots tucked back in the estuaries for those that like calmer waters.
Experienced and novice fisherman are welcome. I will teach what I know to those that want to learn, or you can just sit back soak a line and relax. All fishing gear and tackle as well as fishing license are provided. I always tell it like it is, "some days you catch em some days you don't." That's why they call it fishin and not catchin. Make no mistake I will give 100% effort to offer you the best opportunity to catch fish and have a good time doing it.
Make sure to check out the photo gallery to see what we have been catch'in!
